Panda taxis

2008 was the year China showed the world their impressive skills in organising the Olympic Games.
These year London has taken over the flame and is ready to welcome all nations in this sportive sportfest.

During the Olympic period the typical London taxis will have to transports lots of international guests.

Some of these taxis will be decorated and the Chinese city of Chengdu is one of the several investors. Advertising with Chengdu's most iconic creature: the Giant Panda.

Panda coulour taxis will be roaming London's streets during London Olympics.

Japan is the number 1 car producer in the world. Everybody knows the big car brands like Toyota, Honda, Mazda,... These car companies have special models for Asia and specific models for Japan. As the Japanese are quite rich they also like to spend some money on their cars. That's why in Japan you can see a collection of different Japanese models and expensive foreign cars.

P.S. BMW and Mercedes are often associated with the Yakuza (Japanese Mafia), so normally Japanese people will not buy one.

Bamboo car

"Bamgoo", an electric car with a body made out of bamboo, is displayed in Kyoto, western Japan November 14, 2008. The sixty-kilogram single-seater ecologically friendly concept car, which measures 270 centimeters in length, 130 centimeters in width and 165 centimeters in height, is developed by Kyoto University Venture Business Laboratory, featuring bamboo articles in the Kyoto area. The car can run for 50 kilometers on a single charge.

China Lamborghini Crash

This one for is for the car lovers, but such a terrible waste.
They really shouldn't drive after drinking tea!

A yellow Lamborghini LP640 was severely damaged after crashing into a roadside flower bed in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan Province early Wednesday. The sports car, priced at about 4.6 million yuan (more than US$655,000), is reportedly the only Lamborghini in the city. The driver is uninjured in the accident.
